Company Information

Liability

All guests participating in liveaboard trips, kite courses, or kitesurfing activities are required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival. For participants under 18, a parent or guardian must complete and sign the form on their behalf.

Cancellation Policy

Kite Courses Only

  • Full refund for cancellations made before arrival, regardless of reason.

  • If wind conditions prevent course completion, a partial refund will be issued based on the portion of the course delivered.

Kite Camps

  • If canceled after flights or accommodation have been booked, those costs are non-refundable.

  • All other fees will be refunded.

Kite Safari

  • 12+ weeks before departure: 0% cancellation fee

  • 8–12 weeks before departure: 50% cancellation fee

  • Less than 8 weeks before departure: 100% cancellation fee

Cancellations must be made in writing to: info@fantasiacruisingtour.com.
Visa and COVID-19 entry restrictions are the responsibility of the guest.

In the case of force majeure (unforeseeable, uncontrollable events), a full refund will be issued.

If Fantasia Cruising Tour must cancel a trip, a full refund will be provided.

Routes & Conditions

All itineraries are subject to change due to weather or operational considerations. The final decision on kite spot visits lies with the captain and guide, prioritizing safety. Missed or skipped kite spots due to weather will not be refunded.

Boat Changes

If Fantasia Cruising Tour is forced to change the vessel for reasons beyond its control, we will:

  • Provide a boat of equal standard where possible.

  • Refund the difference if a lower-category boat is substituted.

Surcharges

Prices may be adjusted due to economic factors (e.g., fuel or exchange rates).

  • Guests will receive at least 14 days’ notice before any surcharge.

  • No surcharges will apply within 28 days of departure.

  • If the price increase exceeds 10%, guests may cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund.

Medical Conditions

Guests must confirm they are fit to participate in kiting activities.

  • No alcohol before or during kite sessions.

  • Fantasia Cruising Tour reserves the right to prevent a guest from kiting if under the influence or unwell.

Emergency Procedures

In case of emergency:

  • Guests authorize Fantasia Cruising Tour to arrange medical treatment if they are unable to decide for themselves.

  • All guests must provide insurance details (provider, policy number, emergency contact number).

  • Medical facilities may not be immediately accessible.

Boat Safety

Due care is required aboard due to natural hazards such as moving decks or rough seas. Guests agree not to hold Fantasia Cruising Tour responsible for injuries resulting from normal boating conditions.

Environmental Responsibility

Guests agree not to harm, touch, or feed marine life. Respect for local ecosystems is mandatory.

Equipment Use

Fantasia Cruising Tour provides rental equipment in good working condition:

  • Guests are responsible for checking equipment upon rental.

  • Lost or damaged equipment must be reimbursed, including import duties.

  • Late returns incur additional charges.

  • No refunds for unused rental time.

  • The company is not liable for personal equipment loss or damage.

Insurance Requirements

Guests must hold valid travel and activity insurance, covering all risks associated with both kiting and non-kiting activities. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure adequate coverage.

Jurisdiction

Fantasia Cruising Tour follows the laws of the country where the activity takes place. All kiters must present valid certification and sign a waiver prior to participating in any kiting activity.
